No – no prior knowledge is necessary. Our courses are designed so that both beginners and advanced learners get their money's worth. Our trainers tailor the exercises to your individual level so that you receive optimal support at all times.
Yes, of course! All our classes are open to both women and men – whether Pilates, yoga, barre, or dance. We welcome anyone who wants to train and dance with us.
Our yoga instructors have completed one or more comprehensive yoga teacher training courses. Our Pilates trainers also have recognized Pilates training qualifications. The courses for pregnant women and mothers are led by specially trained instructors.
No, you don't need to bring your own mat – we provide high-quality yoga and Pilates mats for all participants. If you feel more comfortable with your own mat, you are welcome to use it.
Unfortunately, our postnatal Pilates classes are not currently covered by health insurance, so you will have to pay for them privately. However, we are convinced that this course is a valuable investment in your postnatal recovery and well-being after pregnancy.
We provide you with all the necessary equipment: high-quality yoga and Pilates mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and Pilates balls. So you don't need to bring anything with you – unless you prefer to use your own mat.
Yes, our studio has a spacious changing room with lockers where you can safely store your valuables. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for personal belongings.
Unfortunately, there are no shower facilities available in our studio. However, we do offer a separate toilet and a spacious changing room with lockers where you can change comfortably.
Yes, there are numerous free parking spaces available directly at the studio and in the surrounding side streets. Please note that availability may vary depending on the day of the week and time of day.
Our fees are calculated as an annual fee and are paid in twelve equal monthly installments. School vacations and public holidays are already taken into account in this calculation – so the amount remains constant instead of fluctuating every month.
Running costs (e.g., rent, staff, administration) are incurred throughout the year; by keeping the installments the same, we ensure quality, planning security, and your reserved place on the course, even during the holidays.
Yes, participation with EGYM Wellpass is possible with us.
- Registration is done as usual via our schedule in Eversports, where you select the €0-ticket “EGYM Wellpass” at checkout. Once you arrive at the studio, you also check in using the QR code in your EGYM Wellpass app and show it at check-in.
- With Wellpass, you can participate in one of our open classes once a day. For additional classes on the same day, you can purchase a single ticket (drop-in).
- Please note that your booking via Eversports is binding. Cancellation is possible up to 12 hours before the start of the class. After that, or in case of no-show, we will charge a single ticket fee of €20.
- Participation with Wellpass is valid for all open classes as long as there are places available. Fixed courses, specials, and workshops are excluded.
Yes, participation with Urban Sports Club (USC) is possible with us.
- As an M-member, you can train with us up to 4 times per month, and as an L or XL member, up to 8 times per month. Please note that you can only check in once per day and that it is not possible to check in twice on the same day at the same studio. For additional classes on the same day, you can purchase a single ticket (drop-in).
- As usual, you can register via our schedule in Eversports, where you select the €0-ticket “Urban Sports Club (USC)” at checkout. Once you arrive at the studio, you also check in using the QR code in your USC app and show it at check-in. We are unable to check you in manually, so please be sure to bring your smartphone and keep an eye on your quota. If the check-in does not work (no green screen), you will unfortunately not be able to participate in the class via USC. In this case, USC will charge a no-show fee.
- Please note that your booking via Eversports is binding. Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking yourself in your Eversports account. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 12 hours before the start of the class), your check-in will be used up and USC will charge an additional fee of €5. If you do not cancel and/or do not show up, USC will charge a no-show fee of €13, and your check-in will also be used up.
- Participation with Urban Sports Club is valid for all open classes as long as there are places available. Fixed courses, specials, and workshops are excluded.
Yes, our trainers are happy to teach in English or Spanish if required and will tailor the course design to your individual needs. Just let us know before the course starts—we'll be happy to accommodate your requests.
