Our studio

Our boutique studio is located at Lassallestraße 75 in the north of Munich — centrally located yet quietly nestled away.

The studio has two light-filled rooms: the large dance hall, measuring around 80 square meters, has floor-to-ceiling windows facing east and large windows facing north and south, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere. It is perfect for dance, Pilates, yoga and barre training. The second room — specially designed for children's ballet and kids hip-hop — has south-facing windows, mirrored walls, and mobile ballet bars. It is ideal for bodywork in a focused environment.

Our rooms are modern in design and equipped with high-quality equipment. The equipment includes Pilates/yoga mats, Pilates balls, mobile ballet bars, an inviting reception area, separate sanitary facilities, and a spacious changing room with lockers. The atmosphere is deliberately friendly, clear, and calming — a place to feel good, arrive, and focus. Thanks to frosted glass film on the windows, sufficient privacy is always maintained despite the brightness.

The transport links are ideal: the „Himmelschlüsselstraße“ bus stop (line 60) is around 70 meters away, and the Fansanerie S-Bahn station is only about 800 meters away. There are numerous free parking spaces available directly at the studio and in the surrounding side streets. We also offer sufficient space for strollers and bicycles in front of the studio.
