Discover our range of products for children, adults, pregnant women and new moms.

Important information for your course attendance: Please bring a water bottle (no glass bottles) and a towel for your mat or to dry off. For Latin & Hip Hop Dance, please wear clean sports shoes with light-colored soles. For yoga, you will be barefoot; for Pilates & Barre, please wear sports socks or normal socks. For Mama & Baby Pilates, please bring a comfortable blanket for your baby. Please note: There is no storage space for strollers in the studio—you can leave your stroller outside and secure it with a lock if necessary.

This class is specially created for new mothers who want to gently return to movement after pregnancy while spending precious time with their babies. Through safe Pilates exercises, we strengthen the core and pelvic floor, release tension in the back and shoulders, and improve posture — all those areas that need extra care after birth.
What makes this class special is that your baby can join you right on the mat! Some exercises include playful interactions with your little one, creating beautiful bonding moments while you move. It’s not only about fitness, but also about feeling supported, sharing time with other mothers, and enjoying a safe space where both you and your baby are welcome.
Please note: participation is only possible after completing a postnatal recovery course, to ensure your body is safely ready for these exercises.
