Discover yoga together – easy and playful.

Parent & Child Yoga for Children Aged 3 to 6

Discover yoga together – easy, playful and without any pressure: in Parent & Child Yoga, children aged 3 to 6 explore their first yoga movements, sounds and simple partner exercises together with mom, dad, grandma or grandpa – exercises that are fun and strengthen your bond.

The best part: you don’t just watch, you join in! You move together, try out the partner exercises side by side and experience how much joy shared movement brings.

Whether you want to share your love of yoga with your child or grandchild or try something new together – this class gives you a shared experience with room for curiosity, joy and mindful togetherness.

The class is deliberately calm, without any sensory overload: a little break from everyday life together, where you can be fully there for each other.

Each registration is for one adult with one child – so every child has their grown-up right by their side.

Frequently asked questions

What is Parent & Child Yoga?

In Parent & Child Yoga, children aged 3 to 6 practice together with an adult. Together, you explore first yoga movements, sounds and simple partner exercises – easy, playful and without any pressure. The adults don’t just watch – they join in.

What age is Parent & Child Yoga for?

Parent & Child Yoga is for children aged 3 to 6. From age 6, children can also join our Kids Yoga (ages 6 to 10), where they practice without their parents.

Who can come along as the accompanying adult?

One adult – for example mom, dad, grandma or grandpa. Each registration is for one adult with one child.

Can I bring more than one child?

No – each adult comes with exactly one child. That way, every child has their grown-up right by their side. If siblings want to join, each child needs their own accompanying adult.

Do we need any yoga experience?

No. Whether you want to share your love of yoga with your child or grandchild or try something new together: the exercises are easy and playful, so you can start without any previous experience.

What does a class look like?

Each class lasts 45 minutes. Together, you explore first yoga movements, sounds and simple partner exercises. The class is deliberately calm and free of sensory overload, so even the little ones can settle in easily.

What if my child doesn’t want to join in?

No problem – there’s no pressure here. Little ones sometimes need a bit of time to settle in. Your child is welcome to watch first and join in whenever they’re ready.

How does Parent & Child Yoga benefit us?

You spend quality time together and strengthen your bond through shared exercises. Your child gains first yoga experiences through play and discovers movement with curiosity and joy – and you get a little break from everyday life, right next to your child.

What should we bring?

Comfortable clothing, non-slip socks (e.g. Pilates or grip socks) for a secure grip on the mat, something to drink – no glass bottles, please – and a towel. A towel is required for hygiene reasons; if you forget yours, you can rent one at the studio for €2. And of course: a good mood!

How do I sign us up?

You can book Parent & Child Yoga directly online via our timetable. You can also take part with EGYM Wellpass or Urban Sports Club – in that case, you book directly in the respective app. Each registration is for one adult with one child.
