Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga lovingly and safely guides you through all stages of pregnancy. The gentle, flowing movements strengthen your body, relieve strain on your back and shoulders, and promote good posture. At the same time, breathing exercises, mindful breaks, and short meditations support your inner balance—promoting calm, confidence, and serenity.
Each session is specially designed to strengthen you physically and mentally, release tension, and promote your well-being. The focus is on the pelvic floor, spine, and hips—precisely the areas that need special attention during pregnancy. Through a combination of movement and breathing, you will learn to let go more consciously and draw strength from your core.
No matter what trimester you are in or whether you already have yoga experience, this course offers you a safe space where you will feel active, connected, and supported. With the help of pillows, bolsters, or blocks, we tailor each class individually to your needs.
