Yoga Mama & Baby
Yoga Mama & Baby is a loving course for new mothers who want to gently strengthen their bodies after giving birth while spending valuable time with their babies.
This special hour is not about perfection, but about well-being, connection, and conscious movement. We integrate the babies where appropriate—in gentle stretches, small flows, or simply in shared closeness on the mat. Breastfeeding, feeding, or diaper changing are possible at any time—everything is allowed, nothing is required.
The course combines mindful yoga with targeted strengthening exercises that specifically strengthen the back, shoulders, abdomen, and pelvic floor. Mobilization relieves tension, while conscious breathing promotes relaxation and inner peace.
Yoga Mama & Baby gives you moments in which you connect with your body, strengthen yourself, and at the same time feel your baby's energy. It is a space full of understanding, openness, and lightness—where you can move, breathe, laugh, and simply be.
The course is suitable for mothers who have completed postnatal recovery exercises – babies aged around 2 months to crawling age are welcome.
