Our Morning Pilates - Full Body Flow class offers a flowing, balanced full-body workout that gently activates your body and focuses your mind. Targeted, controlled movements strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and prepare you mentally and physically for the day ahead.
Each class begins with conscious breathing and mobilization exercises to release tension and stimulate circulation. This is followed by dynamic Pilates sequences that target the shoulders, back, legs, and core equally. Stretching between strengthening phases promotes flexibility and balance, creating a harmonious alternation between activity and relaxation.
