Pilates postnatal recovery was developed especially for new mothers to help them gently regain their strength after pregnancy and childbirth. In this course, you will specifically strengthen your core, activate your pelvic floor, and promote the natural alignment of your spine — for greater stability, posture, and well-being in everyday life.
The exercises are gentle but effective: controlled movement, conscious breathing, and targeted activation of the deep muscles rebuild the foundation of your body. Tension in your back and shoulders — often caused by carrying and breastfeeding your baby—is released as you gradually regain body awareness and confidence in your strength.
The course offers a safe, supportive environment where you can focus on yourself—with or without your baby. Our trainers ensure that exercises are performed correctly, provide individual adjustments, and guide you as you make gentle and safe progress.
