The class consists of safe, calm, yet effective Pilates exercises that strengthen your body, support your posture, and relieve typical tension, for example, in the lower back or shoulder-neck area.
The focus is on the core and pelvic floor: you will learn how to finely control, strengthen, and consciously relax these areas—a valuable foundation for your well-being during pregnancy and useful preparation for childbirth. Mobilization exercises for the shoulders, thoracic spine, and pelvis release tension, stretching promotes flexibility, and coordinated breathing creates calm, focus, and inner balance.
Each unit is carefully structured and adapted to your current stage of pregnancy. Our trainers will show you variations that you can perform safely—regardless of whether you have done Pilates before or not.
