This course focuses on your core: your abdomen, back, and pelvic floor are specifically activated to build strength, stability, and balance from within. Through precise, controlled movements, you will learn to consciously use your core — the basis for healthy posture, a strong back, and more energy in everyday life.
Each session begins with gentle activation and conscious breathing, followed by targeted strengthening exercises for the abdomen, waist, and lower back. Between exercises, short stretching sequences provide relief and flexibility, leaving you feeling both strengthened and balanced after your workout.
Pilates Core Power is ideal for realigning your body and strengthening your deep muscles in the long term – whether you are looking for an active break at lunchtime or want to end the day with some mindful exercise in the evening.
