Pilates Mama & Baby
Pilates – Mama & Baby was developed especially for young mothers who want to gently get back into exercise after pregnancy while spending valuable time with their baby. In this course, you will specifically strengthen your core, stabilize your pelvic floor, and release tension in your back and shoulders – exactly where your body needs special support after giving birth.
What makes this course special is that your baby is always there with you! Some exercises playfully integrate your child into the movement, while others allow you to concentrate entirely on yourself while your baby lies next to you or sleeps. This creates a loving atmosphere in which movement, bonding, and relaxation merge together.
In addition to the physical aspect, Pilates – Mama & Baby also offers a space for interaction with other mothers. Here you will find support, understanding, and new energy – in a safe, familiar environment where you and your baby are welcome.
You can participate as soon as you have completed your postnatal exercise class. The exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to the needs of the female body after childbirth.
60 minutes, suitable for mothers with babies from around 2 months old to crawling age – gentle, invigorating, and soothing for body and soul.
